The following prices apply to shipments going to one address:

For orders up to $15, add $7.00

$15.01 $29.99, add $8.50 for shipping

$30-$49.99, add $10.50

$50-$74.99, add $13.00

$75-$99.99, add $14

$100-$149.99, add $15

For orders of $150 or more per address, add 10 percent of the total order for shipping.
